I provide professional counseling services integrated with a holistic approach emphasizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a yoga and mindfulness teacher for 18 years, I often incorporate several spiritual practices into my therapy sessions. As a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I work with individuals and couples in South Asian and African American families dealing with issues related to generational trauma to identity formation and assimilation. I am EMDR trained and Trauma/Nature-informed counselor and Yoga teacher. I hold a sacred healing space of loving-kindness, with a person-centered and compassionate method, with the skill set to listen, guide and witness people on their journey of self-discovery. My egalitarian approach will hold space for your pain and will be a humble journey guide to lead you toward empowerment and healing.
